Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport

Salutations from Tanzania! Your Genegio Tours and Safari guide will meet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel in Arusha for dinner and overnight. Because your first adventure expedition in Tanzania begins early the next morning, use your first day to recover from a long day of travel and get a taste of the continent.

Day 1
Arusha to Tarangire National Park

What a fantastic day! After breakfast, your driver will pick you from your hotel and transfer you to Tarangire National Park, where you can spend the entire day watching animals. The majestic baobab trees that dot the park are famous for towering over the animals that graze beneath them. The park is mostly made up of low-lying hills from the Great Rift Valley’s floor. You’ll stop for lunch halfway through the day before continuing your game drive.

The Tarangire River is the focal point of this park, which is famous for having the largest elephant herds in Africa. During Tanzania’s dry season, both the river and the marshes serve as a trap for wild animals. It is also possible to see zebras, lions, cheetahs, lesser kudu, giraffes, buffalo, and cheetahs. Following the activities of the day, your guide will transport you to a lodge in Karatu, where you will spend the night and enjoy a delicious dinner.

Day 2
Karatu to Serengeti National Parkk

Another beautiful morning has arrived! After a delicious breakfast at a lodge in the lively and colorful town of Karatu, your Genegio tour guide will transport you to Serengeti National Park. Along the way, you’ll stop at Olduvai Gorge to see the statue of Zinjathropus and take in the breathtaking scenery. This is a fantastic opportunity to take some stunning photographs. You can also visit the museum to see the historic artifacts used as evidence by our forefathers.

After lunch, you’ll take a break before continuing your game drive across the vast plains dotted with acacia tree stands. The wildebeest migration, which is a major reason for the park’s fame, can be seen near Ngorongoro Crater. The Serengeti National Park has an abundance of lions, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, and birds. After your amazing journey, your driver will take you to a Serengeti lodge where you can have dinner and spend the night.

Day 3
Serengeti National Park

Hearing the pitches of the wild birds is a wonderful way to start the day! Following a leisurely breakfast, you spend some time adjusting to your surroundings and realizing you’ve arrived in the Serengeti. Our knowledgeable Genegio guide will recommend the best place to see animals in the area. Because of this unusual and fascinating scenery, you will have the best gaming perspective imaginable.

In the afternoon, we will eat lunch in one of the designated locations before continuing our game drive. The southern and central regions are referred to as “siringit,” which translates as “land of endless plains” in Maasai. The traditional savannah of the park, which is surrounded by acacia trees, is teeming with animal life. After the sun goes down, you can take a late-evening drive to learn more about the local wildlife before heading to the stunning Serengeti lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4
Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater

What a lovely morning! Following a sumptuous breakfast, you will embark on a morning game drive in Serengeti National Park, and you will proceed to the border of Ngorongoro Crater with our exquisite lunch boxes. We’ll probably arrive in the early afternoon, have a picnic lunch, and take a short break before beginning our afternoon game drive. The Ngorongoro Crater, one of Africa’s most well-known destinations, is home to a wide range of animals.

We will stop at various locations for game viewing and visits to Maasai settlements inside the crater as we continue our game drive. The Ngorongoro Crater is surrounded by an inactive volcano ring, and its floor is home to a variety of animals and watering holes. The extraordinary day concludes with an extravagant dinner and an overnight stay in Karatu, as everyone looks forward to the next day’s adventure.

Day 5
Karatu to Arusha

What a wonderful morning in Karatu’s lively, windy city! After breakfast, we will take a city tour of Karatu, visiting the Iraqi market and learning about the culture of the Iraqis. Later, we’ll continue to Arusha, where you’ll be transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport in preparation for your return flight.
